How can I avoid melted chocolate in shipping?
We have two solutions:  1. Order wrapped candy bars during cooler months. 2. Our wrapped candy bar orders are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Post Office.  The package will arrive usually in 2-3 days depending on your location.  Please make sure they will be delivered to a person and not left to sit in the sun during warmer months. We cannot guarantee melted chocolate.

What do I do if I leave my bars in the heat?
Don't handle them. Just let them come back to a cooler room temperature. Don't freeze them, this could cause them to become white and powdery. You could refrigerate them , but it is usually not necessary. They will be fine as long as you don't handle them until they firm up.

How type of payment service do you use?  How do I make payment once I approve the design? We use PayPal to accept payments safely and securely.  There is NO charge  to you when  using the PayPal service.  You can use PayPal whether or not you have an account with them.  By using PayPal we are able to keep our expenses down, passing the savings on to our customers. 

Can I put a photo on any design?
Yes. All designs can incorporate your photo. An old black and white childhood photo looks great for adult birthdays, sweet sixteen, etc. Just email it to us in 300 - 600 dpi jpeg format, or drop it in the mail to us, and indicate it on your order. Please forward via email permission from the photographer for any professional photos. If you mail your photo, it will be returned with your order. There is NO fee for incorporating your photo. How will I receive a proof of my wrapper?
A proof will be sent via email with in 24 hours.  Once we receive your approval through email will will process your order.  As always, if you have any questions please contact us.

I like a certain design, but it's not quite the color I was looking for. Can I change it?
Many of our designs are available in other colors. Just ask! Even if it is not shown on the design on the webpage, we can likely make any adjustments you wish.

How do I place a business/corporate order if I need you to include our logo, slogan, colors, and/or photos?
Just contact us via email or our online help feature to let us know what you need. We'll email you a proof for approval or corrections. 

What kind of chocolate bars do you use? What kind of bars should I get if I am buying wrappers only and wrapping my own?
We offer both Hershey's Milk Chocolate and a Nestle Crunch 1.55oz bars bar for our full size wrappers. Pleases note, Hershey changed the packaging of its full size (1.55 oz) Milk Chocolate Hershey's Bar. It will no longer be a double wrapping of the classic "Hershey's brown" wrapper over silver foil, but rather a single wrapping of brown shiny paper crimped at either end. But don't worry, we have foil sheets that can be placed over the protective brown wrapper that contains the candy bar information.  With these foil paper the candy bars look just like the Hershey Candy bars of the past.   If you order wrappers only from us, our wrappers will fit Hershey's or Nestle Crunch bar. (They do not fit Hershey's with Almonds.)

What if I didn't see what I had in mind, can something special be made?
Absolutely!  We specialize in custom work, and can take your idea and make it a reality.  There is NO charge for this service.  Most candy bar company's charge from $5.00 to $45.00 for this service.  We've never charged  to create a custom wrapper and we never will.  That's our promise to you.

Is the Hershey's Chocolate bars you use Kosher?                                                                   We use Hershey's US 1.55oz Milk Chocolate Candy Bars which are Kosher. Per the Hershey's website these bars are "OU/OUD - Approved by the Kashruth Division of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America". What type of paper do you use and will my wrappers by glossy?    We use a high quality photo laser paper. Your wrappers are  printed on our professional photo quality laser printer.  We do not use Inkjet printers or Inkjet paper. Because we use the photo quality laser printer the printed image fuses to the paper in the last step upon exiting the printer, resulting in a sharp, non-smudging print quality, and a smooth glossy finish.  This is special color photo laser paper and not just standard paper.  Whether or not you decide to purchase from us, please make sure to check with each wrapper company because quality of paper and printing equipment will vary.
