Site Terms and Conditions information

All terms & conditions contained on this website apply to all orders submitted whether you have actually read the information or not or whether verbally expressed or not.

The use of this web site constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions below, just as if you had signed this Agreement.

SPELLING ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct any spelling errors submitted on the order form. This does not guarantee that we will catch all spelling errors you may have made. You immediately will receive an emailed receipt of your order so that you can review. Your ISP may put this receipt in your spam folder, make sure you check there. You must notify us within 24 hours of ordering of any errors that you may have made to your order form. You will receive confirmation of that change.

QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR ORDER

Any questions we may have regarding your order will be emailed to you. We are not responsible for any delays to your order due to receiving an invalid email address from you or due to any emails from us to you not being answered. Your ISP may put questions in to your spam folder, make sure you check there.

TIMEFRAME / SHIPPING

Personalized candy bar wrappers will be process as soon as possible once the approval is received. This is separate from shipping time. All of our products are shipped via the US Post Office Priority Mail (2 to 3 days - not guaranteed). You also may select Express shipping for next day shipping at addition cost. Selecting the appropriate shipping method so that your order will arrive by the date needed is the responsibility of the customer. PartyTimeWrappers.com is not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have in delivering your package to you or delays due to invalid or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time the order was placed. During 70 + degree days and the summer months we can not be responsible for melted chocolate candy bars. During these months we recommend you only order wrappers and by the candy bars locally.

CANCELING AN ORDER

If an order is cancelled before any work is done (an immediate cancellation), then there is no cancellation charge. If an order is cancelled after we have begun work but before printing, there will be a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is $5 for a non-photo order and $10.00 if we've already worked on your photo. If an order is cancelled after printing but before shipping, then we can only refund the shipping charges. There is no cancellation after shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Products that are personalized can't be returned for a refund. If we make an error on your order, we will quickly replace your product free. We will ship whatever method needed at our cost to make sure your order gets to you on time. If you make an error on your order, we will replace your order at a discount (discount varies depending on product ordered). Shipping costs for the reprint will be your responsibility. Please contact within 3 days of product receipt (or sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors

Please note, the colors as well as brightness or darkness or colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual colors. The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor determine the variation.

If an order arrives damaged (other than melting issues), we must be notified within 3 business days of you receiving the package. This is a requirement of the shipping carrier. You must keep your original box and packaging as the shipping carrier may need to inspect.

We are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have in delivering your package to you or delays due to invalid or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time the order was placed.
